Customer service is top of the line. But their knowledge is out of this world. My brothers and I have been going to Elvia Santana since she was in San Jose on Alum Rock. Yikes, 25+years. Veronica, her daughter looks like she runs that place AND SHE’S A REALTOR! Rosie has done my taxes as well, and she explains everything so well. Awesome trio they got going on. “Vamos a ver las bonitas” us every tax season.

They greet you with such great customer service. My parents have been going with Elvia for over 20 years. Her daughter Veronica has helped me for the last 3 years and she’s got her mother’s charm. Very smart ladies. Will continue recommend them.
